Personal data policy
This is how we process your personal data.
When you register for a course or course, we ask for information about you.
Below, we would like to inform you about how we process your information.
Purpose
We process your personal data in order to be able to handle your course registration and the execution of the course.
In some cases, we will also report information to the municipality and state. However, this will only happen in cases where the legislation in the area requires it or we have contractual obligations that require it.
The legal basis
The legal basis for processing your information is the data protection regulation art. 6(1)(b) and section 6 of the Data Protection Act. You can find them here.
If there are changes in e.g. legislation, we ensure that this personal data policy is regularly updated.
Categories of personal data
The information we need about you will typically be in the category “general information”, but in some cases also in the category “sensitive information”. We will not need information from the “purely private information” category.
Recipients of information
In addition to the recipients stated in the declaration of consent, the following can also see information.
- The IT suppliers and other data processors who supply our IT systems.
- The local department’s audit.
These suppliers have signed data processing agreements stating that they will not pass on your data.
Where does your information come from?
We process the information you have given us yourself, or that we have received from e.g. municipalities, unemployment insurance funds, the national register or your employer, and which we need to be able to manage your course at AOF.
Storage of your information
We store your information until the course or course has been completed and up to 5 years after the end of accounting, because you have participated in the most recent course or course.
In special cases – e.g. EU projects or on the basis of Danish legislation, the information may be stored for longer than 5 years.
